The company specializes in the production of high-temperature (nickel based) alloys, austenitic, duplex steel, urea grade stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel and other pipeline products. The company is equipped with an annual production line for 45000 tons of stainless steel seamless pipes (hot piercing, cold drawing, and cold rolling), a production line for 55000 tons of welded steel pipes, a production line for 30000 tons of stainless steel heat exchange pipes, and a production line for 10000 tons of stainless steel precision coils. We can produce according to standards such as GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN, etc. according to customer needs φ 6~ φ 762 x 0.5~70mm stainless steel seamless pipe φ 12~ φ 3000 x 0.5~80mm stainless steel welded pipe φ 3~ φ 42x0.5-3mm stainless steel precision coils and high-temperature (nickel based) alloys and other products
Baofeng currently has direct reading spectrometers, multi carbon sulfur analyzers, oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzers, etc., which can perform single element, full element analysis, steel gas content analysis on materials such as stainless steel and nickel based alloys, and establish wet chemical analysis. Baofeng currently has universal testing machines, metallographic microscopes, impact testing machines, electron microscopy energy spectrum analyzers, etc., which can conduct mechanical properties, metallographic structures, intergranular corrosion, fracture failure analysis, and other tests on stainless steel, nickel based alloys, and other materials to understand the comprehensive performance and failure causes of materials, in order to ensure the quality of each batch of products.
